Legal protection against unlawful actions or omissions by administrative authorities and unlawful individual administrative acts issued under the Spatial Development Act (SDA):
Representation before state and municipal administrative authorities when individual administrative acts under the SDA are issued, including initiating and participating in the relevant procedures.
Challenging unlawful acts or omissions by state and municipal authorities in proceedings relating to unauthorised construction, suspension of construction, and prohibition of use of buildings used in breach of statutory requirements.
Administrative and judicial challenges to unlawful individual administrative acts under the SDA (including demolition orders, stop-work orders, prohibitions on use and cancellation of construction documents), and legal representation before the competent administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court of Bulgaria.
